My Christmas Movie Checklist

A joyful Holiday greeting to you all! I don’t know about you all, but this time of year is about the time that I spend way too much time with my family watching Christmas movies and making cookies. It’s like Christmas isn’t even a thing without traditions like these. I make it a goal each year to watch as many Christmas movies as humanly possible, so here is a checklist for you, friends, incase you have a similar goal.

  • Elf (my all time favorite)
  • Santa Claus is Coming to Town
  • Year Without a Santa Claus
  • Christmas With the Kranks
  • Jack Frost
  • Frosty the Snowman
  • Home Alone
  • National Lampoon’s Family Vacation
  • Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer
  • How the Grinch Stole Christmas (live action and animated of course)
  • Four Christmases
  • A Christmas Story
  • The Santa Clause
  • Polar Express

I also want to be sure to watch A Christmas Carol this year, because I have never seen it and I am trying to expand my Christmas Movie repertoire. With that being said, I am sure there are tons more Christmas movies out there, so if you happen to notice that I missed one, let me know in the comments below and I will be sure to watch it!

Christmas is right around the corner, so I will just be upholding family traditions in Sienna Sky style! 🙂

  1. Try reading “A Christmas Carol” first and why Dickens had to write it. The George C. Scott version is the best or if you can’t find that one, try the Patrick Stewart version. Both actors portray Scoorge.
